Here at The Robin, we have always prided ourselves that we put the safety and well being of our artists, customers and staff at the forefront of our operations. We took this stance prior to COVID, enforced it upon our reopening and shall continue to do so following yesterdays announcement.
In light of the most recent announcement from the Government, we are determined that all events shall go ahead with as little disruption to you, the gig goer, and artists as possible to ensure you all have the best live music experience as possible.
Therefore, as of today, Thursday 9th December 2021, we shall be reducing the capacity of all future shows to 500 attendees*. This will allow customers to move around more freely and have more distance between different groups and parties, allowing them to feel more comfortable when attending our events.
As stated, safety and the well being of our customers is our number one priority, therefore we shall still be maintaining our previous prevention methods with our thermal camera on entry, hand sanitiser situated around the venue, QR Track and Trace is still shown on entry, encourage you to pay contactless at the bars and, if you wish to, continue to wear a mask if you feel comfortable to do so. We also encourage all of you to please ensure you take a lateral flow test before leaving the house to ensure you are testing negative to ensure your safety, the safety of others in attendance, artists and staff, and the continuation of live music venues remaining open during these very difficult times.

*A limited amount of current shows have already exceed our now reduced capacity, we shall contact ticket holders of these events directly with what additional measures they will need to take.
